Beijing Global Talents Exchange Association

 

BGTEA (Global Talent Association） is short for Beijing Global Talent Exchange Association. It is following the indication of the important speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s of “Assemble the best minds across the land and draw fully on their expertise”and “Enhancing the exchanges and cooperation of international talents” registered in Zhongguancun, and approved by the civil affairs department as a national organization.

Under the strategy on developing a quality workforce, BGTEA aims to facilitate exchanges and cooperation of talents, technologies and high-tech projects, develop an innovation-driven country and offer intellectual support for progress.

BGTEA was initiated by 7 institutions, including Beijing Normal University, Beijing Keda high-tech Ltd., etc. Since the foundation on March 30th, 2015, We have made many achievements, gathered experts on global talents exchange and high-tech projects, reserved a bunch of overseas elites on science and technology.

Our work was approved by Zhongguancun Federation of Social Organization as “Outstanding Organization”. At the 15th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals, which was approved by the State Council of P.R.C, we were honored to be “The Best Organizer”.

In 2017, BGTEA was commissioned by Zhongguancun Federation of Social Organization to perform the duty of Internationalization and Top Talents Committee and Jing-Jin-Ji Regional Cooperation Committee.

BGTEA is heading toward international NGO to promote intelligence sharing, to realize common development through the flow of international talents.

Appendixes: Introduction to the main leaders of the Association

Ma Junru - chief senior expert. Former director of the State Administration of Foreign Experts, head of the National High-Tech Strategy Research Group, and vice chairman and academician of the China Center of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences.

Xinyu Hu- Senior expert. The former director of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of the Ministry of Science and Technology, etc.. He is the first person to introduce PMP project management to China. He is an expert in foreign intelligence introduction and innovation research.

Changju Yang- Founder president of the Association, Senior Expert. Former members of the Central Introduction Office, Director of the State Administration of Foreign Experts, etc. He used to be an ambassador in the United States, Britain, Australia and other countries. He is an International talent exchange expert.

Xiangren Kong - former president, Senior expert. The former director of the International Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Supervision of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection visited nearly 90 countries and regions. He is proficient in international affairs. International exchange and cooperation experts.He is proficient in both international affairs and International exchange and cooperation.

Wang Guangfa - Incumbent President, Chairman of the Fazheng Group, and the General Principle of the Beijing Royal School. Director of the Diplomatic Academy, China University of Political Science and Law, Vice President of the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce (Commerce Chamber of Commerce), Vice President of the South-South Cooperation Promotion Association, and other experts in international education, talent and cultural exchange.

Zhifeng Ding- Executive President and Secretary General, Chairman of Global Talent Exchange Association. He has been engaged in personnel and talent work for 25 years at the national and local level, and won the "National Introduction of Foreign Intelligence Contribution Award". He introduced the German experts Nobo and Hans for nine times in a row, are highlighted by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his speech in Germany on March 28, 2014. In 2017, he was honored as the “Beijing Model Person” recommendation list in the international talent exchange.
